Shipping is charged according to order value,less than $69 usually need $6.90, free shipping on orders over $69 for US, other region less than $79 need $8.9 shipping fees, free shipping over $79. Some heavy items are subject to additional charges, please ask our customer service team for details.

Delivery time = processing time + delivery time (usually, delivery time is expected to be 5-10 days.)

Estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including your destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for delivery.

For example, once you purchase a princess scarf, it takes 1-3 business days to process, 2-3 business days for delivery, and 5-7 business days total to arrive in America.

1、If you cancel your order within 24 hours, it's free.

2、Orders will processed within 48 hours, if you cancel order over 48h you will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value in full.

3、Orders placed after 72h will not be cancelled as the product has already been dispatched, you can contact our customer service team to process or return the product and we will be happy to help you solve the problem.
