Return Policy

If there is a problem with the product, you can return it within 3 days of receiving the product. (Example: product quality problem/dissatisfied product/wrong product/size problem/color problem, etc.)

Note: To return an item, please contact customer service first. Returns are not permitted without prior consultation and approval and the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return.

Return Policy Terms

  1. The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry and accessories
  2. Returned items must be in unused condition with their original packaging. We do not accept returns that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  3. Products with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
  4. Some items in the entire set cannot be returned.
  5. We will not accept returned items without a proper return request.
  6. We do not provide a Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returned packages. Returns are made at your expense.
  7. Please double-check your returns before sending them out. We are not responsible for returns of products not purchased from our store.

Please include the following information in your return package:

  1. The order number and product SKU of the item you wish to return.
  2. Reason for return.

Please resend the item through your local post office instead of express service like DHL, UPS, TNT and FEDEX. If you choose one of the expedited shipping options mentioned above, you may incur import taxes and delays in shipping due to customs clearance. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Note: Original shipping charges and shipping guarantees are non-refundable.

Return address:

To return an item to the nearest return address, please contact customer service. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Note: Please do not send returns to the address on the original package. This is not a return address and will affect return processing.

When we refund for return

  1.  Upon receipt of the returned item and compliance with the terms of our return policy, we will issue a refund to you using the payment method used to make the purchase.
  2. Please allow 1-2 weeks after the return is mailed for processing to be processed.
  3. If you haven't received your refund yet, please double check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take a while for refunds to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Refunds often take time to process before they are posted.
